Erin Opar is a 20 year old studying English and Art at Drake University. Her focus in both departments are film studies and drawing, respectively. Erin uses Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create most of her digital paintings, and enjoys the character design, visual development, and landscape departments of her chosen artistic field of study.
In her free time, Erin enjoys reading Harry Potter, watching movies, and improving her cooking skills via the Food Network. Her hobbies include surfing, reading comics, and visiting the farmer’s market. She also enjoys developing her hand-lettering skills on any scrap piece of paper she can find.
Erin spent the summers of 2015 and 2016 working as a sales associate at a local Family Video in her hometown of Davenport, Iowa. She is a member of the Drake University Honor’s Program, and during the fall semester of 2016, Erin joined the service fraternity ΑΦΩ. She is actively involved with community service and leadership through the program. In the spring semester of 2017, Erin studied abroad in Florence, Italy. Her experience has given her new ideas and creative concepts from her studies.
